Digital Hub

Golden Computer Centre and Golden Computer Arcade are known for their street markets for electronic devices. These two shopping centers are also famous for their up-to-date products and reasonable prices. Golden Computer Centre has two floors. Ground floor mainly sells computer books, games, gaming systems, computer software and accessories. The upper floor, Golden Computer Centre, sells a wide variety of computer-oriented hardware. The annual 'Hong Kong Computer Fair' is held outside of the centre. Computer fans can grab bargains at stalls.

Electronics Flea Market

Known for its electronic devices, Apliu Street often attracts maniacs of electronics. New or second-hand, Apliu Street has everything ranging from telecommunications products, audio-visual equipments, hardware tools to electronic gadgets. If you are a sharp-eyed shopper, you may even stumble upon bargain-priced antique watches or other relics. The Pedestrian Zone is especially designed by the government for visitors who wish to shop at their own pace.

Worshipping Na Cha

Sam Tai Tsz Temple is the only temple dedicated to the worship of the Third Prince, better known as Na Cha to Hong Kong people. In 1894, a plague ravaged Sham Shui Po. Residents of the Hakka origin in the district went to Wei Yang, Guangdong to invite the god to uproot the evils. He succeeded in dissipating the outbreak of the plague. After that, the residents built the Sam Tai Tsz Temple to commemorate him. Other than Sam Tai Tsz, the temple is also for the worship of Guanyin, Bao Gong, Wenchang, Tang San Zang, Tai Sui and Madame Kam Fa. The temple houses some cultural relics from late Qing Dynasty.

Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb and Garden

The tomb was discovered in August 1955 when the hillside at the north end of Tonkin Street was leveled for the construction of the Lei Cheng Uk Estate. In 1988, the tomb was declared as a gazette monument since it has been built during the Eastern Han Dynasty. Due to conservation reasons, visitors are not able to enter the tomb. They have to view it through a glass panel at the entrance passage. The museum is located next to the tomb, in which visitors can find bronze and pottery artifacts. The exhibition introduces you to the tomb's geographical location, its structure and layout and details on the discovery, so that visitors can acquire a better understanding of the culture of Han society.

Fashion Street

Cheung Sha Wan Road is known for its retail stores and fashion outlets. The chic garments have attracted both local and overseas visitors. Most of the shops also operate retail sales. If you are patient, then you can open up a treasure hunt of bargain-priced and quality clothes.

Buttons, beads and Ding Tao Street

On Yu Chau Street (also known as Ding Tao Street), is the home of fabric stores. Yu Chau Street is a wonderful place to shop for zippers, ribbons and other fashion accessories. Bead shops stand out among the rest. Be it plastic, wooden, glass or crystal, Yu Chau Street has the best collection of beads. With an assortment of colorful beads, visitors can bead accessories themselves.
